Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Managing Director -
Stock Plan Services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with equity compensation clients
and internal teams
Drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through
strategic initiatives
Oversee client profitability and facilitate the resolution of
client issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
10+ years of Relationship Management or Client Service experience,
preferably in Equity Compensation/Retirement/401K
College degree preferred or equivalent work-related experience
Ability to acquire Series 7 & 63/65 within the first three months
of employment
Transparent and credible presence in the Equity Compensation
industry; Certified Equity Professional designation is helpful
Experience in a matrix management environment
