Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Account Manager, Credit
Card.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in activating and using credit card products
Manage client relationships throughout the account lifespan
Articulate card benefits and features while addressing client
inquiries
Required Qualifications
Prior customer service and sales experience
Ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer
interactions
Detail and task-oriented with strong organizational skills
Knowledge of credit card products and credit profiles is a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience is a
plus
