• REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS, ACLS, NRP & AWHONN Fetal monitoring certification

  • Travel position in Maternal Infant Unit
  • Number of Beds - 24
  • Patient Ratios - labor 1:1 (most of the time), post-partum 5-6:1, nursery 5-6:1
  • Type of equipment - GE fetal monitors
  • EMR - Meditech, CPN
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have at least 2 years of labor experience
    • Preferred or nice to have: 2+ years of labor experience with a history working in an LDRP with high birth volumes
      • Schedule Information
      • Weekends and On call: Every third weekend with 12 hours of call per 4 week schedule
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Number of Staff - 71
        • Type of staff: Day Shift - labor nurse, nursery nurse, OB tech, secretary, leadership, educator
        • Night Shift - labor nurse, nursery nurse, OB tech, secretary
        • Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs/ MIU nurses have pink badges for infant security
