This Licensing Specialist Position Features:

This is role will be helping with the verification and processing of documentation that enable medical individuals to obtain licenses. Accuracy is a critical aspect of this role as the candidate will be handling information with high levels of sensitivity.

Responsibilities;

-Handle application deadlines and requirements as they vary between states.

-Key in all prevalent data efficiently.

-Maintain constant communication with clinical staff, nurses, and administrative boards.

- Process fingerprint and disbursement protocols within 30 days of requests.

- Handle all administrative tasks as necessary

Requirements;

- High school/GED or at least 5 years of equivalent experience within a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.

- Knowledge of Medical terminology and procedures.

-Work experience with the medical industry.

-Previous credentialing experience a plus.

- Ability to handle Project management responsibilities in a timely manner.

- Strong analytical and researching skills highly desired.
