• Looking for Locum Coverage Cardiothoracic-Surgeon starting ASAP!
• Coverage start date: Dec 1,2024
• Reason for Coverage: Cardiothoracic Surgery Coverage
• Practice Setting: Office/ Hospital/ OR/ Rounding
• Call Schedule: After office hours and weekends
• Number of Operating Rooms: 1
• Documentation System/EMR: Epic
• Patient Age Demographic: Adult 18+
• Scope of Services Required: Adult Cardiac Surgery, General Thoracic Surgery
• Required Duties/Procedures
• Aortic Surgery Procedures Required: Descending Aortic Aneurysms
• Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery Procedures Required: CABG, Redo Coronary Revascularization(With or Without Heart Valve Surgery), Arterial Revascularization(Using Internal Mammary Arteries, Radial Artery and Gastroepiploic Artery), Pericardial Window, Tube Thoracostomy, Thoracic aortic aneurysms
• Thoracic Endoscopy Procedures Required: Flexible and Rigid Bronchoscopy, Thoracotomy Lung Resections and Pneumonectomy, Chest Wall Resection and Reconstruction, Mediastinal Surgery
• Vascular Surgery Procedures Required: Heart Valve Repair/Replacement Surgery, Heart Valve Replacement Without Surgery (CoreValve System), Mitral Valve Repair Compensation: Competitive weekly pay and malpractice included
