Job Description:
SLAIT Consulting is currently seeking a T1 Help Desk Analyst for
our client in the Virginia Beach, VA area.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Outstanding customer service skills, to include phone/email
etiquette.
* At least 1 year of help desk experience required.
* IT related certification or schooling required.
* Help desk is a 24x7, global opportunity and requires shift
work.
* MUST be able to pass a background and drug screening.
