Coverage Need
- ASAP - 3-month assignment to start
- Schedule
  - Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  - No Call, No Weekends
  - Clinical Details
    - Primary care at both assisted living and skilled nursing facilities
    - Seeing 15-20 patients a day
    - Working at on facility per day
    - Multiple Sites in catchment area
    - Reliable transportation
    - Medication management
    - Adult and Geriatric Patients
    - Oversees APP's onsite
    - Clinical Support
      - Nurse Practitioner
      - Requirements
        
        Active Virginia License
        
        ACLS, PALS, BLS
        
        Active VA DEA
        
        Board certified
        
        AMDA certification preferred but not required
        
        EMR
        
        Chart Path including A.I. Ambience Auto Scribe - point click care
