Job Description:
Role:- Dynamics 365 LeadRichmond, VA [Hybrid]Experience
Required: 8+ years in Dynamics 365Responsibilities:Lead
customization and management of Dynamics 365 Field Service and
Customer Service modules.
Configure, develop, deploy, and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365
solutions.
Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and implement
Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Develop web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Apps, Power
Automate, and C#.
Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 issues and work with system
administrators for remediation.
Provide expertise on Microsoft licensing for Dynamics 365 and Power
Platform.
Ensure platform usage aligns with best practices and
governance.
Create mockups and prototypes based on business requirements and
Power Platform capabilities.
Liaise between IT and business units, providing solutions and
technical support.
Qualifications:5+ years as a Dynamics 365 Technical Lead
8+ years in Dynamics 365 Field Service & Customer Service
customizations
Expertise in Forms, Views, Workflows, Plug-ins, and Business
Process Flows (BPFs)
Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform (Power
Apps, Power Automate)
Experience in DevOps for Power Platform environments
(Preferred)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving
skills.
