Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Executive for
Corporates Legal.
Key Responsibilities
Manage renewal and upsell sales motions for Enterprise legal
customers
Track customer health and identify growth opportunities while
addressing concerns
Develop relationships to optimize customer accounts and ensure
maximum value from offerings
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree or equivalent legal industry experience
8+ years of professional experience, including 5 years in client
management
Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce
Familiarity with legal content and software solutions such as
Westlaw and Practical Law
Strong business acumen related to customer journey management
