Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Partner to support
and improve People Operations processes and enhance employee
experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and improve gaps in People Operations processes, ensuring
they are user-friendly and well-documented
Manage employee administration and payroll preparation, ensuring
compliance with legal requirements
Drive compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews
and global employee benefits management
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an HR generalist, focusing on HR
processes and administration
Strong understanding of Serbian Labor law
Experience in HRIS usage
Advanced Excel skills
Fluency in the English language
