Responsibilities:
--- Schedule student lessons and manage teacher availability to optimize studio resources
--- Greet and assist parents and students in person, over the phone, and via email with a friendly and professional attitude
--- Maintain accurate student records and update scheduling software in a timely manner
--- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries
--- Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently

Qualifications:
--- 2+ years of experience in customer service or receptionist role
--- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
--- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
--- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
--- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when needed
