A company is looking for a SVP, Student Enrollment Retention
Services to lead call center operations and enhance student
enrollment and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence and performance in call center
operations
Develop policies and processes to optimize student satisfaction and
call efficiency
Collaborate with executive teams to align call center priorities
with company strategy
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a call center environment, with 5+ years
in a leadership role in higher education
Experience managing teams of 200 or more
Proven track record of transforming and optimizing customer service
operations
Experience managing enrollment targets through new enrollments and
retention
Strong business acumen and technology savvy
