Job Description:
A company is looking for a Policy Governance Specialist (Remote)
to join their Governance, Risk, and Compliance team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and recommend changes to information security policies and
standards
Engage in internal and external compliance programs with
auditors
Identify areas for improvement and lead efforts to remediate
security risks
Required Qualifications and Education
Hands-on experience with information security policies aligned with
ISO 27001:2022 and NIST 800-53 Rev. 5
Practical experience leading internal compliance programs
Fundamental technical understanding of operating systems, networks,
and cloud infrastructures
At least 5 years of job-related experience or a relevant degree
with at least 3 years of experience
Experience with additional policy and regulatory frameworks is a
plus
