Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is hiring a flexi/prn Registered Nurse (RN) for the Intermediate Care/Step Down Unit-3 East.Department/Position Overview: -The 3East - Intermediate Care Unit at -Sentara -Virginia -Beach -General -enjoys a supportive team environment and nurse patient ratio including a unit based nurse educator, team coordinator and manager. The unit has an active Partnership council and is currently involved with the hospital Magnet redesignation journey. All new grad RNs receive a 10 to 12-week clinical preceptorship as well as enrollment in the Transition to Practice Program.
