Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Damage Adjuster to handle
non-complex property contents claims.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and evaluate property claims, ensuring compliance with
best practices
Coordinate with vendors and experts to support thorough
investigations and damage evaluations
Negotiate settlements and communicate coverage issues to all
relevant parties
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Completion of adjuster trainee period
Ability to work extended hours and weekends for CAT response
Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word,
PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience in developing damage scopes and producing estimates in a
virtual environment
