Job Description:

A company is looking for an Admissions Counselor in Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations for program appropriateness
Provide individual support, crisis intervention, and coordinate care with providers and Care Navigators
Ensure compliance with member admission requirements and documentation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Master's degree required
Active behavioral health licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
Minimum two years of experience in a substance use disorder setting
High comfort level with technology, including EMR systems
Ability to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
