Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Development Advisor to lead
strategic workforce planning and employee development
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and recommend workforce strategies to meet talent needs
Design employee development programs, including training and
mentorship
Lead employee engagement initiatives and analyze workforce
metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development,
or related field; Master's preferred
Minimum of 5 years in workforce development or HR experience
Proficiency with HRIS and learning management systems
Experience hiring or managing PSCs
Prior experience with USAID as a contractor or direct hire
