Job Description:
A company is looking for a WFM Senior Associate to serve as a
strategic partner for the Workforce Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee forecasting, resource planning, scheduling, and trend
analysis for phone and non-phone departments
Manage capacity analysis and provide recommendations for proactive
planning processes
Build and deliver insights to partners and optimize staffing levels
to meet service level agreements
Required Qualifications
3 years of Workforce Management experience required
3 years of forecasting and scheduling experience required
3 years of call center customer service experience required
Experience utilizing WFM applications is required; Verint
experience is a plus
Bachelor's Degree preferred
