Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to join
their Payment Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct a high volume of Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for
customer onboarding
Manage and resolve payment disputes, including chargebacks and
suspicious payments
Engage directly with customers to provide service and quick
resolutions
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
1+ year of experience in fraud prevention, detection, and
investigation
1+ year of experience in processing and mitigating disputes
(chargebacks)
Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on
process-oriented tasks
