Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Complex Issue Resolution
Associate to join their EDI team.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer support cases and provide comprehensive technical
documentation
Troubleshoot eligibility exceptions and processing issues for EDI
workflows
Produce technical design specifications and manage code deployment
to production systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of software product implementation or support in a
Healthcare IT environment
2+ years of experience with Revenue Cycle Management
2+ years of experience with implementing or supporting EDI 270/271,
276/277
Preferred experience with athenaIDX applications and MUMPS/Cach
programming
