Key Responsibilities
Responds to complaints and escalations from members or providers,
providing timely resolutions
Serves as a liaison between departments to ensure appropriate issue
resolution
Documents, tracks, and resolves assigned complaints and inquiries
in a professional manner
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
2 - 4 years of related experience
Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to
work experience
Continuous learning education may be beneficial
