Job Description:
A company is looking for a Content Administrator to manage and
organize learning content for professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the content library for the Field Design and
Development team
Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate the development and
delivery of learning materials
Provide regular reports on content usage and learner engagement to
key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources,
Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
2+ years of experience in learning and development, content
management, or a related field
Experience using regulatory software to ensure content
compliance
Familiarity with adult learning principles
Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports
