Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to
manage customer contract renewals and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the renewal lifecycle, including administrative tasks such
as forecasting, quoting, and order submission
Collaborate with Revenue and Customer Success teams to identify and
mitigate risks within the customer base
Work cross-functionally with sales account executives to support
customer segments
Required Qualifications
Curiosity about SaaS, technology, or workforce development
Basic understanding of business development, sales, or customer
success
Ability to analyze data to address customer situations
Experience with various communication methods, including emails and
virtual meetings
Strong organizational and time management skills
