Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits and Leave Specialist
responsible for administering and managing employee benefits
programs and leave of absence processes.
Key Responsibilities
Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental,
vision, life, and retirement plans
Evaluate leave requests and serve as the primary point of contact
for employees on leave
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding
benefits and leave policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field
5+ years of experience in benefits administration or multi-state
leave management
Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations
Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management software
Familiarity with state-specific leave laws is preferred
