a German and English speaker.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high volumes of product and sales-related queries from
inbound channels
Conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects and schedule
discovery calls for Account Executives
Collaborate with the ISC team to enhance the experience for
customers
Required Qualifications
Strong desire for sales and motivation by targets
Fluency in both English and German
Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Growth mindset and openness to feedback for improvement
