Job Title: Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $15/hour

Schedule: Night shift Monday-Sunday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (4 days a week, rotating shifts)

  • Inspect, adjust, and calibrate machines to maintain smooth operation
  • Verify jars, labels, and caps to ensure correct product packaging
  • Maintain a steady peanut butter flow by coordinating with the ingredient operator
  • Document downtime, production details, and any issues during your shift Machine Operator Job Requirements:
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Ability to work independently while following detailed instructions.
    • Strong attention to detail to ensure all packaging and labeling is correct.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
    • Willingness to assist in various areas of the plant when needed.
