Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workflow Consultant to enhance
physician and patient quality of life through a cloud-based
clinical platform.
Key Responsibilities
Advise customers on workflows and design impacts across multiple
roles
Collaborate with the Implementation Manager and Project Specialist
to meet workflow requirements
Identify process improvements and mitigate implementation risks
through creative problem solving
Required Qualifications
3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience in professional
services or implementation
Successful track record of identifying and implementing process
improvements
Knowledge of the US healthcare industry and common technologies is
a plus
Ability to communicate complex clinical workflows effectively
Hands-on experience with a high-energy, passionate approach to
problem-solving
