Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Travel Consultant II
(experienced) to provide exceptional customer service in business
travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)
Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed recommendations for
the best traveler experience
Handle a range of bookings, including complex itineraries and
changes
Required Qualifications
3 or more years of experience as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in
a customer service role
Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
A genuine passion for high-quality customer service
Strong teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and grow
