Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Consultant to ensure
clients gain maximum value from Professional Services through a
consultative approach and project management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client communications and expectations while offering
strategic insights
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive
support
Identify opportunities for project expansion and foster repeat
business
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or
a similar role
Background in Consulting or Professional Services with a PMP
certification preferred
Proven track record of maintaining high standards for client
success
Experience analyzing data to draw meaningful insights
Familiarity with major HR software and vendors, especially HCMs
like Workday, SAP, and Oracle
