Key Responsibilities

Review content trends and implement tests to enhance
performance
Conduct mentoring sessions and assist writers in selecting article
ideas and crafting headlines
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years in content production with a proven track
record
Strong analytical skills for trend identification and content
strategy development
Excellent mentorship and leadership experience
Proficiency in Spanish (C1+) and English (B2+)
A passion for data-driven decision-making in a remote
environment
